Like new condition with full size refrigerator, central air/heat, gas stove, 2 propane bottles, microwave, and gas water heater all in excellent working condition. Able to sleep up to 7 adults. It is currently setup at Toledo Bend on leased property at Walker's Cove in Yocum Bay on the La side. Water view and boat lauch access.
