Ranger Testimonial
Short Story:
Been having trouble with my Lowrance LCX 113. Sent back by dealer back in June due to bad Sonar. Lowrance sent me a refurbished model. Got it 2 weeks ago. Been fighting with it to initialize the GPS. Brought the boat back to dealer and discovered the replacement was bad. I was not ready for another 6 week wait. Called Ranger yesterday, left voicemail with details and said "help". (I bought my 2400 Bay Ranger last June. It's a 2008 - put in service Nov 2007. Ranger provides a 3 yr bumper to bumper warranty transferrable to the second owner.) Lowrance calls today. They're sending me a brand new HDS10 ($2300 model). It'll plug into my old wiring & mount. Sweet! I'm a Ranger customer for life! |
