Stacked Up Reds

I had a big group from Arkansas come down to fish with us today. Our first stop found the redfish stacked up once again! Green Hornet Matrix Shad went to work quickly and the guys had the reds coming in one after another. With 13 reds iced down in about 20 minutes the bite slowed down. We had a good 30-40 minute lull, then finished off the last 7 quick tipping the bait with bait shrimp. We ended up leaving the fish biting. We headed off in search of trout and picked away at 17. The trout bite has been slow, but with water temps coming up it should be getting better soon. Had a great time fishing with these guys.

Big thanks to Capt L Barr, Capt K Labat, and Capt J Broussard for running the other three boats and putting everyone on the fish. All four boats limited with reds.
