Cooked in an Orion Cooker

Thought about frying then decided against it. Injected it with Creole Butter, rubbed it with Nunu's seasoning and cooked it in my Orion Cooker 14# = 1 hr 45 min, juicy, tender and delicious. It's what's for dinner...

Just load it up, light it and walk away till the times up. Perfect every time. You can add smoke chips or not, I used apple wood chips today.

I got a Coonass Microwave. Works great for Turkey and Chickens.
Just season up real good and inject before cooking.
