Easiest way to do it IMO is to save as "JPEG" format. When posting a report click manage attachments and browse and double click on pic and click upload.

If your on a thread already, click "go advanced" under where you type at and click the "paperclip" icon and then another window will pop-up. Click browse. Double click on pic you want to attach and click "upload" and then exit out of that window and click "Submit Reply"

I had the same problem with photbucket on this site a few times. I don't know if its the site or what but mine came out just like you posted.

Also when people post pics as attachments they are always posted double.

If you post a picture, click edit and then click save again and it will only post once.

I notice Tapatalk does this. It also turns them sideways sometimes for me. I usually just save the image on my computer and then post using the attachment button.

the reason they are sideways is the way the phone saves them in the photo roll....
