First Pic:
Click on desired thread. Down at the bottom where you type--Click "Go Advanced"

Second Pic:
Click on "paperclip"

Third Pic:
Window will pop up---Click browse

Fourth Pic:
Choose Photo

Fifth Pic:
Click Upload

After this, click on submit reply.

ah finally i can do it.. thanks jordan!! been struggling with this for a long time trying to use tapatalk and other ways but this is much easier..
