Nibletts 10/28

Took the family out for a boat ride to Nibletts today. The north launch is still very silty and the water is very, very muddy but it sure was nice to be out on that part of the Sabine. I just don't like it down south lol.

There's always a parking spot for you at the Burnt.
It might be 3/4 of a mile from the launch, though... :)
I've launched up there a couple of times years ago and didn't feel at home like I do on the South end of the river.
It's weird how that works, I guess.
Good to hear they opened it back up. Was it packed?

See , that won't work for my OCD paranoia there's no way I'd leave my boat that far away.

It wasn't too crowded. All the fish I've ever caught came from within just a mile or two from that park.

Different strokes
