Mercury alarm

I have a 2008 Mercury 50hp 4-stroke 4-cyl EFI that is throwing an alarm and I don't know what it is. It will beep 1 time for half a second and cut the throttle completely dead. Sometimes it will do it while I'm running on plane. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I installed a Mercury vessel view, plugs into the pcm I and use the app on my phone, it will let you know what codes that you are having trouble with, along keeps track of everything else you might not see on the helm, you can also send the information directly to a technician for diagnosis and and hopefully a fix [emoji106]works by Bluetooth on Mercury outboards 2002-up

You won't catch him spending 1,000 or so bucks on dat. He'll just ride with ear plugs and keep re-starting.
