Salt Ditch

Got a late start this morn. launched at IC park @ 830 and ran to salt ditch and got in the red fish double hook ups in 1' of water. reds were beautiful gold. then we pulled up to a drain and started catching trout every cast for about 10 min then a boat ran full throttle a cast distance from us and then they shut off. waited 45 min caught about 7 more then the current seem to get to strong for them so we polished off a limit of reds and released 4-5 more. Pretty Good day breaking in new wright and migill rod with 10# PP those reds were fun. a few still have yellowmouth jig heads in their face. all fish caught on avacado/chart hybrid flurrys on 1/8 YM.

When you mentioned IC, I thought you meant intercoastal city. I now realize your talking about 'salt ditch' kinda near Turners Bay. I know where that is. thanks
