My sister say my smoke sausage too hot so I made her a lil batch with less pepper...And a lil piece of boudin smoking for me on top...

That's what I'm talking bout Bubba! We made gumbo the other night with some Richard sausage and that stuff was NASTY. It's never been specular, but it was disgusting this time. Changed the whole flavor of the gumbo. I've been wanting some good homemade smoked sausage.

Looks good Bubba! And I agree with Matt about Richard's sausage. Used to be that was the only brand I used, but it got to where the flavor was never the same.

Pigly wigly ran Richards on sale like 2.50 a lb or so So I bought a couple 3 lb boxes. no good. Tried that Mr. T stuff worse. Even the 6$ a lb stuff is not the same and very cheapified in taste. very sad.
