Saltwater fishing seasonal changes. Patterns etc...

Ok so ive been struggling for a while now to have consistent trips while going out and doing decent but not like i want too. Ive been trying to understand the different seasons and how to fish them and where? I understand summer and winter you want to fish deeper but kind of struggle with spring and fall. I want to try and figure these fish out to a T. I understand thats not the case every trip but would like to stay consistent and want to try to understand the fishing patterns of the seasons. Where and how to fish them. Because it sure does suck coming home with an empty box some trips. Any help would be very much appreciated. I mostly fish big lake and cypremort point.

You are already on the right track thinking about the patterns for different times of year. It's a good tool to go by but in no wAy guarentees success. The very best thing is time on the water. That is the main thing the guides have over a lot of us. Couple years ago I fished 3, 4, even 5 days a week and that played a big part in catching limits. Time on water at different times of the year. I do not know what's goin on this May and June though. Very Weird low trout numbers
