Hosted by the Red Stick Fly Fishers, Red Stick Day is a celebration of fly fishing. The event features seminars, fly tying demonstrations, casting clinics, vendors, and more. There's even fishing on the premises!

Guest speakers and their programs include:
- Eddie Mullen, saltwater fishing expert and owner of Eddies Kayak Rentals, "Kayak Fishing Pointe aux Chenes"
- Bill Laminack, famed Florida fly tier and angler, "Bass On The Fly"
- Ben Roussel, Jackson Kayak pro-staffer and award-winning blogger, "Trout Fishing North Georgia"
- Tristian Daire, inshore fly fishing guide and owner of Olde Towne Fly Shop, "Redfish Techniques"

Fly tyers from Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama will be demonstrating their patterns. Learn about the best flies for catching reds, specks, bass, bream, trout and more.

RSFF member Roger del Rio, a Fly Fishers International Certified Instructor, will be giving casting instruction in the morning and afternoon. Bring your tackle or learn on one of the club rods.

A jambalaya lunch will be available. There's the big raffle for flies, tackle, equipment, and other items, and a Gamblers Draw at noon. Proceeds from the raffle benefit the club's conservation projects.
