Hey guys the company I work for is selling our trailer in Jennings. It is an old trailer that would make a perfect camp trailer. It is not in bad condition but with no one living in it for the past 6 months it is just needing to be sold. Trailer is located just behind the I-10 park in Jennings.



The trailer will need to be moved also.



It's a 1984 14x80 Custom Craft.

-2 Bedroom

-2 bath

-Living room

-Kitchen

-Dining room

-Utility room

-Currently has refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, washing machine and

dryer. (It has not been decided if these will stay but can be negotiated)

-New cool seal liquid room and new wall paneling in master bedroom.

-New window units in living room and master bedroom with an older window

unit in spare bedroom.
