Prien Lake Bound

Have a free day with my boys (ages 5-7). Looks like a NW wind in the AM. I'm familiar with Turners south to the jetties but don't want to brave the channel with the kids. Anyone know of a good place to launch north of Calcasieu Point? Anywere on the West shore perhaps?

If you're going to Prien Lake as the title of your thread states, launch at the base of the 210 bridge or Prien Lake Park.

Thanks, we are going to catch high tide. Let it warm up a bit. I guess the best bet is to find deep water and hit the drops?
