boudin/sausage casing?
where can i get some casings to make some sausage or boudin?
also anyone got any recipe's for these i sure would like to make some boudin.

Some grocery stores or meat markets sell the synthetic stuff.

Targill (sp) in Opelousas... also a great place for seasoning.

Our market basket has it wet and I've had good luck with it for sausage
