Wife is not always the biggest fan of fish so I am always trying something new for her. Tonight it was Parmesan crusted trout on a bed of garlic butter rice with steamed vegetables. She and the kids enjoyed it quite a bit. Attachment 79535

Look'n good to me. How do you go about crusting n cooking the trout ?

Bobbynofish 12-11-2014 08:07 PM

Mix panko bread crumbs with fresh grated parmesan in a bag. Soak filets in egg wash, throw in bag. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

Bobbynofish 12-11-2014 08:27 PM

If you want something a little different and easy when fixin some fish.....

Try putting a little Pace Picante Sauce along with your other seasonings.
