So far here in north Houston we have had very little wind and rain.

Corpus Christi was VERY fortunate that the eye went about 25 miles NE of us....Rockport, Port Aransas, Aransas Pass, and Ingleside took the 130 mph winds. At my house in Corpus it only got up to around 80 sustained with some higher gusts. I lost most of 2 fences but that is all. Never lost power. Was on the dry side so only got about 4" of rain. Prayers sent for the folks in Louisiana and as well as for the Houston to Port Arthur areas

We are In NW Houston and got hit pretty good. Our neighborhood sits high so we just got street flooding but all the neighborhoods surrounding us were rescued by boats and air. Very catastrophic and prayers to all that had to be rescued.

I saw a video earlier of a big boar hog running around in the woodlands. Crazy
