tourney donations

Last year several of you were able to donate some stuff that was raffled off. We are starting to gather stuff again. If you have anything you want to donate, please either post here or PM me.

Thanks for your support of the event.

I will make sure Jude gets back to you. I think we going to get the stuff to Jude this year. Casey is going to be out of the country on business for a week or so before the tournament and won't fly back in until the night before or morning of so the mods are picking up his slack.

If its something that will raise more money than just donating then buy it. Last year I gave Tickets to the Saints game, I also donated the rental of the table and chairs. Stuff like that being donated means more money towards the charity and less money on rentals.

I'm trying to get an update on what type of facility they have at Calcasieu Point now, without having to drive out there.

I thought they were building some type of pavilion but if not we will have to make plans for a tent again.

So if anyone could provide input or pics of their pavilion it would be appreciated.

True, the lighting stopped us in hackberry lastyear. Had some that could of not been ashemand of, but safety first!! That's why I asked. Grandad is a gun dealer so could get a couple guns to raffle or buy a couple rods/or reals?? Just want it to get most bang for the cause.

My collision center is donating at least one firearm as well. Will be checking with the atf about doing the transfer on site. If I can legally do so, I'd be glad to do any transfer needed for your donation too.

Just remember that we are doing the auction online like we did last year.

There will be raffle tickets same as last year also and those will be done on site.

southern151 07-01-2013 09:27 PM

Yeah, he can transfer a rifle to a resident of either state. I just didn't know if he would be there to do it on site or not.

Andy C 07-01-2013 09:58 PM
