Send a pm to capt hoop on here. Don't know what his rates are but he's been smoking the reds lately

Don't know anyone to recommend but post a report on the offshore trip if you can. I've met Kevin before and he's a good guy. A hell of a fisherman too. That Freeman cat he has is supposed to be an offshore machine. Good luck on the trips!

I can probably do it WED. Message me with how many people and if your interested. The redfish bite has been on solid the last 2 weeks. Water is clearing up enough to sight cast in the afternoons

Hoop looks to be a solid guide, from all the posts I have seen from here and on THT. Ryan Lambert's crew at Cajun Fishing Adventures is always a solid bet for good reds, but he's not based out of Venice. He's in Empire, about 8-10 miles north of Venice. I was there on Saturday, and most of his guides showed at around noon, all with very nice boxes. Reds, trout and a few nice flounder mixed in.
