3 of us got our limits; teal, pintail, redhead, greys, spoonies. Birds didnt really work and action was on the slow side, first shots around 7am and finished around 9:30. We were shooting real good!

And the jealously starts.....nice hunt Shawn!!!!! Wish I was off too.

DONT go to Sabine. Unless they've had a major push since Saturday. In all honesty we saw maybe 50 birds total Saturday. Killed 5. Talked to some guys that hunted the other end of it and one goose egged and the other killed one. Literally the worst year I can remember out there. If you had the opportunity to hunt in JB that's where I would go. My buddy got their 3 man limit there Thursday mornin. But like I said this cold weather may have pushed a few birds.

That's tempting... It'd just be a saturday hunt.. Sunday Im hunting a biglake marsh.. Think an outboard can run it? If not I won't go down with my boat.

Other end of the island by old settlement.

I meant to type Faulk Ln. not Delaney. Faulk is not far from little pasture. Used to work with the guy that owns the marsh down Faulk.
