Favorite style of fishing?

Whats some of yalls favortie style of fishing...
for bass :)

ex. jig fishing
ex.spinner baits

my favorite is either crank baits or soft plastics on the bottom

speckdaddy 06-26-2009 03:08 PM

tightlining a jighead and soft plastic.not just anyone can fish this way, but with the right rod, reel and the "knack", its a great way ta find em especially when its hot and they move to deeper water.spex that is.

Double Buzz

Double buzz bait on top in the morning, then plastic worm when the sun comes up.

Slickhunter 06-26-2009 03:14 PM

I used to love catching bass on crank baits.... But my biggest bass always came on lizards and brush hogs.

Austin(boatman's son) 06-26-2009 09:40 PM

not double... single, close to same. lost the other in a tree :(

Big Kahunaz 06-29-2009 10:11 PM

Texas rigged worm with 1/4 oz slip sinker ripping through the grass on lakes in summertime. Otherwise wacky worm. Buzzbait for topwater.

CatDaddy 06-29-2009 10:22 PM

i like to fish with a fishing pole and some string me..

CatDaddy 06-29-2009 10:25 PM

Rattle trap.... Gary Yamamato "Senko" (Texas/weightless)... Football jig with a paca-craw trailor, Carolina blade spinner with a slow roll.

Spot-Remover 06-29-2009 10:44 PM

In the River = Spinner Bait, Toledo Bend = Rattle Trap to find fish then Fluke the rest of the time, The Marsh = Tx. rig Red Shad culprit (crank it like a spinner bait)
