Catching limits on Big lake

We may have to rename this month ?RED OCTOBER?. Redfish continue to dominate our catching this past week. The big Calcasieu Lake gold are plentiful pretty much up and down the system from north of the intercostal waterway to the Cameron jetties. Some of our fishermen are limited (20 redfish) out some mornings before 8:00a.m.Check out the attached pictures from the last week. A little cool front and light wind got big lake and west cove active with gulls looking for a shrimp dinner and that?s where you will find some 14? to 16? speckled trout. I mentioned last week that the flounder run is just days away. We are seeing almost every boat with a few of the flat fish for the oven. It?s only going to get better so call toll free at 888.762.3391 and get in NOW. Duck season starts on November 10th and we will only be running our very popular BLAST & CAST so get in NOW

Here are few from the last couple of days. Check em all out by clicking here: https://hackberryrodandgun.com/fishing/fishing-gallery/
