The house is under renovation now. The interior is about 80% complete and awaiting floors. The exterior is awaiting a new staircase and porch railing.
Within the week an upper level deck/covered parking addition will be started.

On the water?

It's one block off water. On Bank St. 2nd house on the west side from Hebert Camp Rd.

2nd on the right side of bank as you turn left off of heberts camp road? Up on stilts. Under neath framed in windows? Is this the old Lee J Monlezun camp?

Thats the correct house. We pulled out all the windows downstairs though and installed a knee wall with hardi and screened it in. The windows made it too closed in. Floors got put down this weekend and the bar/island built for the screen room. Staining kitchen cabinets and cleaning up this week. I will post some pics in about a week. We should be starting the addition this week too. Upper level deck/covered parking off the north side.
And yes it was Lee's old camp.

Here are a few pics as we have had a few phone calls requesting such.
We should be wrapping it up within a week or two.
We are considering the possibility of keeping the camp and leasing it or renting it out as a nightly.
