Memorial Day Weekend
 

So what y'all up to this weekend? Going all out to make the most of it or just chilling? Im having a fish fry for some friends and family. Hoping the weather holds out. I don't want 35 people in the house. Lol. Y'all be safe and have some fun.

Havin a crawfish boil for my daughters birthday and getting caught up on honey-dos. (3 years worth...lol...) I would be out on the water but boat is in the shop. Would always say sorry babe, I cant do that, im goin fish.

Its safe boating week so LADWF will be out in force. Make sure you are legit before you hit it.

Cant imagine what they come across on a holiday weekend...

Going to make some boudin bombs. Make boudin and put a cube of 3 alarm cheese in each ball. IQF them on a tray then vac seal a dozen to a pack.
