Easter Eggs
 

let's hear some recipes for left over Easter eggs. i love boiled eggs, but there's a limit to how many i can eat. deviled eggs is all i've got.

don't really have a "recipe" but make souped up egg salad. make egg salad w/ egg ,mayo, fine diced celery ,fine diced green onions , touch of brown mustard dice up crawfish tails and add to egg mixture, can be eaten as sammich or served as appetizer on crackers or toast points

Peal them and drop them in the crawfish for the last 20 minutes of the soak.

Scotch Eggs

Throw them in a shrimp stew!
