Bass and Reds 7-24-12

Today I helped out Capt Ryan Young with a group from Florida. They wanted nothing to do with trout, they wanted line pulling reds!!! *Since the bass bite has been off the charts we hit the bass hole first, for a bonus. Well it wasn't meant to be today, as the bass had lockjaw. *We hooked almost ten and lost several. After hammering away with not much results we gave up and focused on what they really came for.......Redfish. *After a few moves and putting 5 reds in the boat we struck gold at our last stop. Everyone in the boat got what they came for!!! *Bent poles, and line dragging big brutes. *The reds went from 24-30 inches today and man did my crew enjoy every second of it. *It was the best trip of their life, as they each caught the most and the largest reds of their life. The excitement of joy in their faces made my day. Thanks again to my crew and to Capt Ryan for setting up the trip. *Good times continue!!!
