Set the form but it's a mud hole now....

I know that feeling. The first house we built took us 3 weeks to pour the slab. We had to pump it out every day and re-dug the footings 4 times.

That is nice Pox! We picked out a house on line. We just need some one to make some changes to it and draw it for us so we can get our construction loan rolling.

Already can tell is will be awesome. Love the front elevation.

Framing started tuesday, rain has been messing us up bad on all projects . As of today I have 3 families interested in buying the house, meeting with ar****ect to see if adding a " playroom" upstairs is possible for one of the families, if not I think we may build them a custom home . I'll post some pics tomorrow
