Duck breast stuffer with cream cheese and jalapeño wrapped in bacon.
Soak the breast in milk 3 days before changing the milk after the second day. Season breast with your favorite seasoning. Mix cream cheese with sliced jalapeños place a scoop in the duck breast then wrapp in bacon. Put on grill till bacon is done Take a bite AND Slap ya mama |
We make shrimp and noodles because it's quick high carb and filling. You could do It with any meat though. We bring 2 pounds of boiled noodles so we don't have to cook them at the camp.
Melt a stick of butter, sweat down 2 small or one large onion and a bell pepper. When the onions are clear add 3 cloves of garlic, let that cook a few minutes then add your peeled shrimp till they pink. Add 1 pint of Hal and half -and stir it with the cooked noodles. |
Pot roasted doves with a big salad, butter beans, rice w/browned vermicelli. Every opening weekend I cook this on Sat night for the past 20 years. B B Q on Friday night w/ chicken, ribs a sausage.
