Sounds good we are mainly going to work on our boathouse this weekend(trying to get it done before the fishin really heats back up), but i am going to slip away and do some trout huntin if the weather permits. Glad to here the salt is slowly returning, I was on the lake last week and everywhere i went it was fresh!

Very low Salinity now

Hackberry salinity reading is 2 to 4 today. Normal is about 10 to 12.

Cameron salinity reading is 6 to 10 today. Normal is 15+.

Ha, come down to our neck of the woods. 30knts get you 6 footers out by marker37 in Corpus.
Seen some very lucky individuals navigate that stuff and by the sheer grace of God they didn't flip a boat.

LittleRob 05-08-2009 04:11 PM

The water looked somewhat clear

"B" 05-08-2009 10:16 PM

more dink trout. seems to be a repeating pattern with "w"'s posts. Oh well. Someone has to catch the small ones.
