I imagine the water on the south end of the lake is pretty muddy right now. Wind has not been right for the last week over there. Ill be over there Mid next week if the water starts looking better.

Didn't make it due to the weather. Maybe next Thursday.

Well, water looked good for the most part. Fished the north end of the lake. Ended with 4 specks and 2 reds on top water. Lots of hits, just wasn't eating the bait.

Ill take 6 fish and salt air over this stagnant office space any day.

Gonna hit the rice field early in the morning then make my way over to Big Lake tomorrow as well. This will be my third time ever on the lake and I am bringing my father from Baton Rouge for his first trip.
From what I see hear I guess i need to stay on the North End, anybody wanna share any tips I'm all ears!

oooooo cast and blast... sounds like fun. BL should be heating up.

Wind is blowing pretty good. I'll be out the this afternoon. How were the teal? We just got 8 this morning.

We've not shot any this week last week was decent. Please let me know how it goes at Big Lake if it's not worth my time I'll go elsewhere.

Thanks for posting up water conditions when you guys go. It's a 2.5 hour drive for me, so I just wanted to say thanks.

No teal on a cast and blast make the fishing more important. Hopefully big lake likes me.

Good luck to ya. I wish I had a good report but I caught two fish yesterday along the channel. Wind was blowing and the lake itself was no good.
