Lure color

Question for all the folks on the west side.
I know that a bit of chartreuse color on a lure can make a real big difference on the east side ,especially if the trout are not feeding heavy.
Do y'all think that it is the same over on the west side?

Not to sidestep your question , but i trawled commercially 30 years or so and that's being started before i can remember and what is dumped in the picking box is basically white or white on bottom and gray or darker shade of gray to black on top. Shrimp are clear grayish when alive. That being said I have used only white gulp 3 in. shrimp or in winter white 2 inch sacalait tube jigs to catch trout and reds. The only thing in my box. Well i also only fish under a cigar float. If it ain't white it ain't rite.........

If you look at the live bait shrimp they have a chartreuse or blue area on the tail.
Brown shrimp are a lot darker than white shrimp.
