Best Boudin Around?
 

All you Cajuns...bring me the best boudin you know of. I consider myself a fan of all types of boudin, but I will award the bringer of the best boudin by 4:00PM with a great prize.

I am the sole judge for this entry, so you have to bring it to me at Calcasieu Point. :)
