Lacassine Reserve 9/13/2017
Fished 4:10pm-7:40pm with a bud. Caught 10, kept 6 on worms, frogs, and spinnerbaits. Threw the biggest and smallest ones back. Wind was a little stiff from WSW and skies were clear to barely cloudy.

Definitely one of my three best trips ever. I didn't do anything different than I've done the last two times I've been out there. Same general areas, same lures, same weather and winds.
I guess you just never know. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Follow-up report: this thread was Wednesday, 9/16.
I went back on Friday, 9/18 with a friend. Water seemed just a little lower than it was. We caught five fish, kept none in 4 hours. I went back alone Sunday, 9/20. Fished 7:50am-1:45pm. Water had gone down even more. I only caught 2 fish all day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
