shrimp pie is my downfall. i'll never lose weight and i don't care. light gumbo roux with okra and shrimp add and thickened up, then baked in a pie crust for 1/2 hr.

Beside too much salt or pepper you can't mess up a swimp ....I'm trying to diet now that over....

I have been to several festivals where tey make pot pies like that or put te fillin in a bread bowl mighty fine eating
