I have a 19 foot Promaster with a 150 Yamaha. Boat is in great condition with 150 hrs on it. Everything has been changed in it. Brand new aereators, bilge, water pump, impeller, the works.... also has a minn kota talon...just looking to upgrade to a bigger boat..if anyone is looking to downsize and would be interested in a trade and i'll put up extra cash let me know i can post pics and more details.

Anybody have any opinions on a bay stealth 2230

SULPHITE 06-15-2011 01:07 PM

buddy of mine has one...used to fish with him quite a bit a couple of yrs ago...decent boat. He had a 200 yammy saltwater series on it. We took it 30+ offshore a couple of times lol! prob not smart...

not a super dry ride, but wide open front deck...his was a 2001 I believe.

Thanks. Yea i hear the ride is a little wet and the dry boxes don't stay so dry...I'm debating between 3 used boats that ive found so far: Nautic Star, pathfinder, or baystealth

no blazer bays? You can find them at decent prices too

msu-tfrancois 06-30-2011 08:52 AM

I would have considered anything but that was the three boats i had found so far...but i ended up with a Ranger Bay....my buddy has a blazer bay thats a real nice boat to fish out of also

1993 20' Mako. I've been 50 miles offshore and also fished shallow reefs with it (and when it gets too shallow I get out to fish). Great boat just no use for it anymore since I have access to both offshore and inshore boats.
