They must be counting coots. It's been a really up and down year for our lease

Pretty good #'s, not record setting but.....

Same here on my lease....Monday kill a 2 man limit all good ducks and on Tuesday shoot 3 ducks and 1 spec. I have not hunted since but will be there in the morning.

I'm not seeing those numbers.... average numbers one day and only a handful the next.

Worst day of the season for me today......didn't fire a shot.

Worst season in 15+ years on our lease on north-east side of pecan. Some days we don't see 50 ducks.

I hunted with my buddy I share my lease with today (FRI). We ended up with 7 but they were all good ducks.

3 pintail, 2 teal, 2 mallard hens and 1 Blue...

Monday hunt.....3 of us we ended with 12....

5 pintail, 1 Greenhead, 3 teal, 3 greys....


If we would have more teal we could be finishing out with limits....

We had a ton of ducks around for the opener but it's been horrible the last 3-4 days no birds even moving.

Im up here in Little Rock. Dont duck hunt but i fish alot . Everywhere ive been im seeing Mallards ! Bunches of them. We just havent had any ice to send them your way !

Had a good hunt on SAT (15). Only shot 4 this morning.

Had good hunts Saturday and Sunday of opener and by Monday they were gone. Skunked twice last week, prior to that limits on a dozen straight hunts.

Seems like greys are in there big water routine already and the teal have bugged out. Tough sledding for sure.

Going in morning, hope the birds show up.

Finally had some show back up today but it could have just been a weather hunt we will see.
