Sailfish 25 miles out of Cameron
My cousin and his crew landed about a 50lb sail 25 miles off Cameron. They were pitching jigs to triple tail in a rip in some dirty green water. Caught it on a calcutta with 12lb test line. I wouldn't have believed him had I not seen the video.

Choupique on here caught one last summer in his kayak in Destin within swimming distance of the beach. You do not need deep water at all
|
Destin has a lot more drop off. The shelf over here goes out 100 miles.
At Destin it is a lot closer and a lot clearer water. I remember seeing that picture. |
|
Is that a day vision camera? The pics are clear..... maybe its my phone ?
