As tough as it is, you need to keep the faith. I'm sure you can handle whatever is thrown at you! He's gonna bounce back.

Still, your family is the first thought in my prayers! Stay strong!

Thanks guys! I am staying strong despite what I wrote in my update. It could always be worse, that's the montra I try and live by. This is a hard spot but he is doing better today and for that we are greatful.

An update on Wyatt:
As you all know, we've had a rough couple of days. Wyatt seems to be recovering finally and we need a couple days of rest. The chest x-ray this morning look better than any had in the past couple of days, the lungs seem to be recovering, hopefully this will fix the hole. The doctor is going to lower his blood pressure medication because he seems to be stable. At this point the best thing for him is going to be time. For the first time since he was born, we are hoping that he does nothing new today. Jamie and I would like to thank you for your thoughts and prayers And as always I'll keep you updated.

Quick update:
Wyatt is doing well this morning. It appears he had a good afternoon yesterday and that followed into last night. Talking to the nurse this morning, they have lowered his vent settings because his blood gases were so good. If things continue this way today I believe they are going to turn off the suction on his chest tubes to see if the pneumothorax stays gone. At this point we are happy with the way Wyatt has recovered, he proves over and over just how much of fighter he is. These bumps in the road are hard to deal with but I have to believe that everyone he fights through just makes him stronger. As usual, thanks for the prayers and thoughts. I know we ALL need them.
