Sabine River 5/05/2018
Tough day for bass fishing for me so I whipped out the crappie rod. I had never done this on the Sabine but I found ONE lay down tree that produced 6 nice crappie.
That turned off and I could not find any more. I think I just got lucky for a little while. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...5d174f01e3.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...a73040b382.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f1239ff18d.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It was 3-3.5 feet deep and they only hit if my bait was in a single specific place. But they hit without hesitation. I tried other trees but nothing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
