lease size?

going saturday to look at a lease in north LA. it's 3500 acres with a max of 33 members. each member can have 3 stands. club rules are 3 does and 3 bucks per member.

does this seam a little high for 3500 acres?

Usually somewhere around 100 acres per member.

I have. Right across the hwy from ours. Not trying to steal any of their prospective members, but we have a few openings left. I will be up there this weekend doing a little tractor work, if you want to catch a look at ours also. PM me if your interested.
