Lake Fausse Point

My son and I fished Lake Fausse Point for about three hours this morning. We were able to bring home 17 catfish and 20 bream. Fish were caught on earthworms under a cork.

Nice. I didn't have much luck there kayak fishing last summer.

Good Morning, I've never been to Lake Fausse Point and would like to make a trip. I live in Breaux Bridge which is just a short drive to the lake. I assume you just launch at the camp ground and fish the cypress trees? I've never been there ever and would just like to get some sort of reference point before leaving.

I am headed out there tomorrow morning any suggestions as to which spots to hit up? also heard sandy cove was hot have you heard anything?
