My lil bro who is also an Active duty Navy Lt. Shot this monster 12-26. Its gonna be one of his last hunting opportunities before getting deployed again on a submarine. So proud of him and glad he connected on this once in a lifetime animal. 380lb barrow. Best tasting meat I've ever tasted. Period. Lil bro is 6ft. And that's my honda 300 for size reference. For all yall pig hunters/trappers out there, i highly recommend cutting and releasing young boars. This was the first one I've tasted, and I'm hooked.

Fry the trout as normal, just use the rendered lard instead of oil
