Turtle Burgers for the 4th!!!
Mmmmmmm bacon...............this is a heart attack waiting to happen.
Handmade ground beef patties, topped with sharp cheddar cheese, Wrapped in a bacon weave.then the next step, add hotdogs as the heads, legs and tail. Next step? Place on an oven rack, covered loosely with foil and baked for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees. A little crispy, not too crunchy...just how a turtle Should be, no? http://thechive.files.wordpress.com/...pg?w=500&h=375 http://thechive.files.wordpress.com/...pg?w=500&h=666 http://thechive.files.wordpress.com/...pg?w=500&h=375 |

Just finished making me some of these! Mixed some onions in with the ground meat, slapped 2 slices of cheese on top and wrapped 'em up! Heading to my parents to throw 'em in the oven while we bbq, can't wait til they done...mmmmm mmmmmm good!!! I'll post some pics of them after they cooked, the only thing I didn't do was put the hot dogs, I'm just all about the burgers.
