Saturday Reds

Went out mid-morning Saturday after seeing an all clear on the radar. Glad I went as the West Cove Reds were mighty hungry. Kept a limit of nice ones and released another limit. Spit tail mullet and Skitterwalk were their particular favorite.

Not to quibble, but you might take more care with the tape measure next time.

I am constantly surprised at how fish that I think look legal need to be returned to the water when the tapes puts 'em over 27".

Had one over 27", 3 between 26-27" and a 24" that I kept on the stringer. Doesn't make much sense to me to come in with too many oversize fish. Good advice none the less.
