Holly Beach?

Heading to Holly Friday evening through Sunday morning. It looks like there is at least a chance of a light northerly breeze Saturday. Has anyone been out trudging through the surf lately? I'll be giving it my typical mediocre shot. Any shot at specks out there if the northerly wind actually happens? Other than that I'll be slinging hunks of crab and mullet out, hoping for a wild ride.

The beach was on last week. Not sure if the little bit of N wind will do anything.

Any tips on the best way to hit the specks off the beach?

If you are in a boat, how do you know when you have reached the JB rocks versus Lil Florida or other beaches. Is there a landmark that is on the beach?

Not much difference between them. Rocks start at Holly Beach and run down to Long Beach, only couple mile stretch of rocks. Some are further out than others but most are same distance.
