Dularge Trout and Reds

1 Attachment(s)
Day two with the big Texas Crew started out with dead calm winds. Our trout bite started slow then picked up. We picked away at the trout adding a few reds in the mix. Green Hornet Matrix Shad tight lined accounted for all of our trout and reds today. With a limited time before the bad weather was going to hit, we left the trout to strictly focus on reds. They were stacked up and waiting on us. As soon as I dropped the trolling motor we had a double hook up. 200 yards later and we had already boated eight reds. We had 4 reds break off and numerous spit the hook on us. We should of had our limit but the reds that swam away got lucky!!! Great two days with these guys, thanks Capt T Miller for setting it all up.
