Thinking of taking kids crabbing tomorrow. Weirs or hog island gully? Any suggestions?

I'd go to the weirs. I think Sabine has too much fresh water. Crabs were small last time I went out there

Just in back of the weirs in the marsh usually holds big crabs.

hog island boat launch and crabbing closed because dredge boats working there..
