I found a cool website for recipe's of outdoor game. Has every kinda Southern Game animal recipe... had alligator,armadillo,bear, beaver, chicken, chili mix, deer, desserts, dove,elk, fish, frog, goose, grouse,pheasant, quail, rabbit, coon, side dishes, snake, soups,squirrel, turkey and turtle.
