anyone watch the biggest loser? i been watching it for a couple years now...got started watching it when i was in the military when every 6 months i would have to go on crash diets just to make my weigh-ins lol the biggest loser definitely helped me to get motivated...

this season there is a girl on there from Jennings...I went to school with her...it's Melissa on the red team...her name was Melissa Reed before she got married....

anyway if you don't watch this show and your trying to lose weight or get healthy..your missing out...

its plays on tuesday nights on NBC at 7pm....DVR or tevo it !! its not all about fat ppl trying to lose weight either, there is a big game play part of it...and will get ya hooked...the other cool thing is watching these 2 trainers beat the piss out of these ppl till they lose a crapload of weight lol

do you know her brother mike that is my brother in law

nah don't remember mike..is he younger than her?

cool show we watch it all the time, last season there was a teacher from houma Abby she said it was a really ruff time but worth it!

I got to respect people that try.
After two personal trainers, quit drinking cokes, and mcdonalds I lost 30 lbs. Even did P90X which did get me in shape.
I made excuses and the weight came back.
Got to really respect people doing that.
