Grand Isle Robbery - Shooting???
 

Sorry if this has been posted here but first I heard of this..Hope the victim recovers and authorities fry this piece of s***.......

"GRAND ISLE, LA (AP) -
Grand Isle police say robbers shot and robbed a man, then set his house on fire - but he escaped by jumping from a window 14 feet above ground.

Police Chief Euris Dubois tells WWL-TV that robbers got into the house about 3:30 a.m. Sunday, demanding money. He says the man was shot in the stomach during a struggle. The robbers got $900, shot and killed the man's dog after it bit one of them, and then torched the building.

Dubois says the man locked himself in a back room and jumped out a window of the raised house

Investigators don't know whether the robbers chose the victim or acted at random.

Authorities say the man is in stable condition at University Hospital in New Orleans."

I hope he recovers fully. Sad state of affairs to have things like this happen.

Hopefully the dog bit one of em's nuts off!

Why you should always have a gun and know how to use it. When I was in Grand Isle I kept one under my pillow when I slept, on my body when I was out of the water, and it is my secret what I do with it in the water.

the camp the got robbed was next door to the sherriff's house. i have not seen for sure but i do it was the owners first nite back after renting the camp for the weekend.
shoot and ask questions later.

That really sucks. Hope they catch em and tase em just for kicks!
